OUR SPIEL

Plosky’s is a place that is all about food and people.

We are here to nourish you with delicious food and drink. Our goal is to educate our community on all things food, from Jewish heritage dishes to responsible ingredient sourcing and from scratch cooking. And obviously genuine New York bagels.

Who We Are

David Eisenson saw a Pastrami-on-rye hole in the valley’s food offerings and decided it was time to fill it. His passion for food and community is what brought about Plosky’s Delicatessen, a place he visualized from the beginning to bring Jewish style deli food, a strong ethos for mindfully sourced ingredients and community engagement together under one roof.

Our Team

Dave Eisenson

A Boston transplant who decided that cooking is way more fun than strategy consulting, Dave brings the Jew portion of Jewish to the Plosky’s team. His great-grandfather Harry Plosky, who immigrated from Lithuania to the United States in 1912, is the inspiration behind the deli and our namesake. You’ll find Dave slinging sandwiches in the Plosky’s kitchen, and if you ask really nicely, he’ll serenade you with his operatic vocals. Dave is a proud father of four human-babies.

Simone Franklin

Head Snacker, Pickle Enthusiast, and valley native, Simone isn’t sure how she ended up with this job. Enthusiasm maybe? Gradual insidious manipulation? Either way, she’s just happy to be here.
